RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Candlebis Candle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Candlebis Candle offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 day of your purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We are happy to replaced any item that is damaged during the shipping process. Please submit images to info@candlebiscandleco.com.
RETURNED ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or refund the cost of returned unused candles, but we are unable to cover the shipping costs. Items must be returned in new, unused, unburned, and resalable condition in the original box and packaging. Once received and approved, we will refund you for your purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Email info@candlebiscandleco.com to initiate the return process.
